I N V I T A T I O N

For participation on the 8^th international volleyball tournament “VIDOVDAN 2012”

 Cadets and pioneers, male and female

Kruševac, June 29^th to July 01^th, 2012.

Propositions:

I

Participation:

- Cadets, male                      born 1994 and younger,

- Cadets, female                   born 1995 and younger,

- Pioneers, male                   born 1997 and younger,

- Pioneers, female                born 1997 and younger.

Every team is obligated to provide documentation for every player before the beginning of the tournament.

Every team is allowed to have two players from another club. The organizer maintains the right of choosing teams.

The minimal number of teams for each category is five, if there are not five teams, the tournament for that category is not going to be organized, and teams can participate in elder category.

II

The tournament has two winning sets and the finals has three. The winner gets  two points and the defeated team gets zero points.

III

Each team brings its own balls for warming. The organizer provides balls for the game.

IV

All games on tournament are going to be played in sport-halls in Kruševac.

V

Application for the tournament must be delivered till June, 10^th, 2012. with complete list of names of all players, coaches and staff, by fax  +381-37-442-429 or by e-mail. okantena@gmail.com

Payment for participation on the tournament, for one team is 70 €, and for every next team is 50 €. Payment must be done before June 10^th, 2012 on bank-account N^o 165-22642-19 HYPOALPE-ADRIA bank Kruševac, Serbia. By sending this money you officially confirm your coming and participating on the tournament, and teams that do not have complete documentation are not going to be allowed to participate.

VI

Accommodation of teams and guests is in a hotel, about 300 meters from the sports objects. Full pension price is 25 € per person. Payment for accommodation on bank-account mentioned before, or when arriving.

VII

The organizer provides cups and medals for the first three places and cups for each category for the best player, best tehnician, best server, best coach, the youngest participant and “fair-play” team.

VIII

It is going to be organized  a great celebration before the beginning of the tournament. Also there are going to be organized another two celebrations for all participants on the first and the second night of the tournament. For coaches, there is going to be a discussion in the presence of great experts on 30.06.2012.

                All teams can go to the sight-seeing of our town. That is also going to be organized for them. On this tournament have so far participated 47 clubs from 5 countries with over 2400 participants and it is the biggest sport event in our town and it is going to be broadcasted. Krusevac is 200 km. far from Belgrade.It has 130 000 citizens . It was the capital city of  medieval Serbia.
